Late Regency Mahogany cellaret

A late Regency mahogany cellaret. It holds six bottles of wine or Champagne. It has a lockable lid with key. To the side are two brass ring carrying handles with a brass escutcheon to the front. It stands on ring turned legs which terminate in brass cup castors.

  An Edwardian mahogany roll top desk. The tambour top rolls back to reveal a large working area, which can easily take a laptop computer. There are 6 pigeon holes to the left  hand side and a small drawer to the right. This is supported by 2 pedestals, which have a set of graduated drawers. The bottom right hand drawer is double depth so that it can take hanging files. The drawers are fitted with brass swan-neck handles.  A Regency rosewood Davenport. The top has its original brass gallery, which leads into the sloped leather writing surface. This slides forwards to allow space for your knees when writing. Lifting the slope reveals a mahogany lined interior with two small drawers. The right-hand side has an ink and pen drawer, with a small secret drawer behind. Below is a leathered slide and four graduated drawers. The drawers are mahogany lined. The left-hand side has dummy drawer fronts. They are fitted with brass escutcheons and turned knob handles. It is raised on a plinth base which hides four castors.   Circa1820    ( GW 616)      £1995.00

A fine quality Regency mahogany side cabinet. The rectangular top with cross banded edges is above two full sized panelled doors, which are flanked by turned and reeded pilasters. The doors are cross banded and are veneered with a well figured mahogany. The panels have a rosewood split turned moulding around the edges. The interior is fitted with a bank of six drawers which are fitted with ivory turned handles. It is raised on turned feet with the front pair being reeded. circa 1820     (WGW 353)    £1,575.00

Our opening hours are 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. seven days per week, except Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

There is a large FREE car park less than 100 yards from our building and at least 7 great places to eat and drink for all tastes and pockets.
